Booking Policy – Kalganyi Holiday Park

Reservations:

Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person.

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.

Deposit & Payment:

A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking.

Full payment must be made 7 days prior to arrival.

Bookings made within 7 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will receive a full refund minus a $25 administration fee.

Cancellations between 7–14 days prior will forfeit the deposit.

No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of arrival or for early departures.

Changes to Booking:

Changes to dates or accommodation are subject to availability and may incur fees.

Please contact reception as soon as possible if changes are needed.

No Show Policy:

No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Check-In / Check-Out:

Check-in from 2:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and subject to availability.

Deposit Policy – Caravan Park

To secure your booking at our caravan park, a deposit is required:

A deposit of 30% of the total booking cost must be paid at the time of reservation.

Bookings made within 7 days of arrival require full payment upfront.

The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before the arrival date.

If cancellation is made more than 14 days prior, the deposit will be refunded minus a $25 administration fee.

Failure to pay the deposit within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking.

Cancellation Policy – Caravan Park

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund minus a $25 administration fee.

Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival or no-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Early departures do not qualify for refunds.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking.

No-Show Policy – Kalganyi Holiday Park

If you do not arrive by 6:00 PM (noon) on the day after your scheduled check-in, your booking will be cancelled, and the full amount will be charged as a no-show fee.

No refunds will be given for no-shows.

Please contact us if your arrival time changes or if you expect to be delayed.

We recommend notifying us in advance to avoid any charges.

Child Policy – Kalganyi Holiday Park

Children of all ages are warmly welcome at Kalganyi Holiday Park.

Extra beds or cots can be provided upon request and may incur an additional fee.

For safety, children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially around the pool and playground areas.

Parents are responsible for their children’s behaviour and safety during their stay.

We strive to make our park a fun and safe place for families.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow the policies below during your stay:

Check-In / Check-Out:

Cabins: Check-in from 2:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM

Sites: Check-in from 12:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM

Late check-out may be available upon request (fees may apply).

Quiet Hours:

Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect fellow guests.

Pets:

Pets are allowed (Subject to availability of pet friendly room) for $20 per night/per pet. 2 pets allowed per room. Please call hotel to add to reservation. Unauthorized pet room will be get charge $40 per night/per pet.

Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and never left unattended.

No pets allowed in cabins unless specified pet-friendly.

Speed Limit:

Park speed limit is 10 km/h. Please drive slowly and watch for children.

Visitors:

All visitors must register at reception. Day visitors must depart by 10:00 PM.

Additional charges may apply for overnight guests.

Fires & BBQs:

Campfires are not permitted.

Designated BBQ areas are available for guest use.

Rubbish & Recycling:

Please use the bins provided and help keep the park clean and tidy.

Smoking:

Smoking is not permitted inside any cabins or park facilities.

Damage or Misconduct:

Management reserves the right to evict guests causing damage, disturbance, or breaching park rules.

To ensure a safe, enjoyable stay for all guests, please read and accept the following terms before booking:

Booking Acceptance:
All bookings are subject to availability and management approval. We reserve the right to refuse service or evict guests if park rules are breached.

Payments & Refunds:
Full payment is required prior to arrival. Deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of arrival. No refunds will be issued for early departures, no-shows, or cancellations within 7 days.

Guest Conduct:
Guests must behave respectfully towards others and the park property. Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, or illegal activities are prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.

Damage & Liability:
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to park property or other guests. We do not accept liability for injury, loss, or damage to personal property, vehicles, or valuables during your stay.

Safety:
Children must be supervised at all times. Use of facilities (pool, playground, etc.) is at guests’ own risk. No lifeguard is on duty.

Pets:
If pets are allowed, they must be kept on a leash, under control, and not left unattended. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Smoking & Fires:
Smoking is prohibited inside all buildings and cabins. Open fires are not permitted; use designated BBQ areas only.

Insurance:
Guests are advised to have their own travel and personal insurance.

Complaints:
Any issues should be reported immediately to management for prompt resolution. Refund requests will only be considered if reported during the stay.

Changes to Policy:
Management reserves the right to update policies without notice.
